The metric male end features a 24° cone with an elastomer O-ring, providing a metal-to-metal seal reinforced by an additional elastomeric element.
A cutting ring deforms onto the tube upon tightening, creating a strong mechanical grip and preventing loosening under pressure.
Metric Male Adjustable Stud End (ISO 6149-2) with O-Ring Sealing
The adjustable stud end follows ISO 6149-2, featuring a straight metric thread with an O-ring at the base.
The O-ring sits in a precision-machined port cavity, ensuring a reliable static seal without additional sealants.
This design allows easy orientation adjustment before final tightening, providing installation flexibility.
